Dr. Elizabeth Swiger Turns 100Dr. Elizabeth Swiger, a beloved Fairmont State chemistry professor, turned 100 this summer. For more than 30 years, Swiger shaped the minds and careers of countless students in the chemistry department alongside her late husband, James Coleman, who also dedicated his career to Fairmont State. Their commitment to education lives on through the scholarships they established, continuing to open doors for the next generation of chemistry students.
